Kakashi Walking - Free Icon

EDIT:  NOW FIXED!!  I figured out the algorithm for determining if an emoticon is usable or not.  The increase in the icon's height needs to be met with a sufficient decrease in the icon's width.  I trimmed the blank space on both sides of the frames and now it works!!
